We are always interested to hear from Lawyers wishing to join our referral panel.

Our Panel Lawyer criteria are stringent and we only accept Applications from firms and Lawyers that meet our Panel Criteria:

 

Principle contact must have at least 10 years clinical negligence experience

 

Firm must hold LSC Clinical Negligence Franchise

 

At least one AvMA or Law Society Panel member

 

Lexcel Accreditation

 

Chambers and Partners or Legal 500 ranking

 

Ability to offer CFAs (without borrowing element)

We are dedicated to ensuring that all victims of medical accidents receive not only top quality advice but also a fast and efficient investigation and prosecution of their claim.

All Lawyers must also adhere to our Ethical Policy.
