Complaints about us

We are confident that you will not feel the need to complain about us. However, should you wish to make a complaint please see our Complaints Procedure.

Complaints about a panel member

Any complaint regarding a Panel Member must be dealt with under the member's own Complaints Procedure. For that reason please contact the legal advisor dealing with your case or refer to the Client Care information provided to you at the outset of your case.

Referral Fees

Our Panel Members pay a fee from £350.00 per case that we refer to them. The fee is not payable unless your case is taken on. You will not be asked to pay this fee and nor will it be included in your claim.
